SciTech Festival to be held Monday

The Casa Grande Union High School District SciTech Festival will be Monday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 5 to 8 p.m. in the CGUHS gymnasiums and courtyard, 2730 N. Trekell Road. The public is welcome to attend.
More than 150 student projects from all four CGUHSD schools, Sacaton Elementary, Florence Unified and Coolidge Unified school districts will be on display.

Sustainable resources discussed at Pinal Partnership economic summit

On Feb. 7, 2012, dozens of Arizona energy representatives and dignitaries gathered to discuss the state’s progress and future goals at the Renewable Energy Economic Summit and Conference at Mission Royale Golf Club in Casa Grande.
The event was part of the Arizona Sci Tech Festival, a two-month series of events regarding how science, technology and innovation will drive the state for the next 100 years.
